We have also reviewed issues concerning land purchases below market value. We provided concrete advice to clients regarding the acquisition of land from municipalities, as such transactions frequently risk breaching state aid rules. Additionally, we have addressed specific related matters, such as government land privatization, from a state aid perspective. This includes cases where we represented an international consortium of investors involved in the construction of highway D1.
